Positive thoughts needed!
Asking for some positive thoughts and prayers for Tigger's hubby. This is him
He was diagnosed with esophageal cancer January 2008 and went through chemo, radiation and surgery. He was looking so good at the Christmas party.
He has not been feeling well for some time and had a f/u pet scan which showed a mass near his Aorta. It's too close to the Aorta for removal and he has had the max of radiation. Biopsy is scheduled for tomorrow but all feel it's recurrence.
This is devastating news. Please keep them in your thoughts and prayers.

Santa Barbara, Concert and a Wedding
What an awesome time in Santa Barbara! The weather was sunny and warm.
We arrived at our cute B & B.
just in time to relax a little and have a snack before we headed out for the concert.
We had dinner where the concert was being held. Not super impressed by the main course but, our dessert was fab!
Then it was time for music!
So Awesome. I love this girl band. The music is intense, passionate and full of love.
We talk to Rene, the band member we had met in Laguna Beach. She remembered us and was genuinely happy we came. She graciously took a picture with us:)
The next morning we had a nice homemade breakfast at the B & B, carrot pancakes...Yum! The coffee, not so yum and MaMa needs her coffee in the morning.
The solution... Starbucks!
We had the privilege of running into one of the band members in Starbucks. We chatted for a few minutes and then we had to leave town. WAH!
After 6 looonnnggg hours in the car (traffic was horrid!) we picked up our boys for some pizza and fun. Lil dude scored a lot of tickets in the arcade and came away with some fun stuff.
Saturday evening, one of the nurse I work with got married. I was honored to be invited and excited as this was my first *social* outing with Mr. J!

I went up for the bouquet toss assuring Mr. J that I NEVER catch it.
And I did;)

The rest of the evening, I danced with my Mister ( that's MISTER, not SISTER) and had a most wonderful time.
Good thing, because now it's back to work and a busy, busy schedule, with one exception.... Vegas! Unfortunately, my time is greatly shorten there due to the shortage at work. But, I plan to make soem fabulous memories;)

Something to look forward too!!
I have been working way too much. One of our Midwives broke her finger and we are already down 2 midwives! F!
I have been known to be a workaholic. I work hard so I can play hard. But, with a man in my life, I find that I'm not as eager to work a lot and I'm tired. yet, I have no choice to work now. We have our own practice and if one midwife calls off, is on vacation or breaks her fucking finger, the rest of us have to make up for it.
But tomorrow, tomorrow I have a day off. I actually have two days off.
In a row!! woo hoo!!
So, me and my Mister are going to Santa Barbara to see Blame Sallie, an all girl band, play at a local restaurant.
We met one of the band members when we stayed down in Laguna Beach (She is the second one on the right side). She gave us a CD and we loved it. I signed up for newsletter and saw this gig and decided we were going!!
We booked a cute B & B. Quiet. Romantic. Fun;)

Happy Mother's Day
To all you Mom's, soon to be Mom's or Moms at heart:)
Since I am working today, Babygirl, BBoy,whiz kid and Buddy treated me to breakfast. Mr. J and lil dude came along and we had a very nice morning. After breakfast, I watched my future grandson, whiz kid so babygirl2 and BBoy could take their engagement pictures. What a fun day watching him and lil dude.
On a fashion note, I have my eye on these beauties:
Tory Burch Teagan Cut out Sandals $375.00
Manolo Blahnik Cage Boots at the reasonable price of $ 1165.00!!
Note:I really don't buy these pricey items. I only drool over them;)

Super Sunday
Babygirl1 and hubby are in town. Always so good to have them *home*.
Babygirl1 and babygirl2 worked hard all day making the invitations for the wedding. I can't believe how incredibly talented my girls are. These invitations are SO beautiful. Better than most I have seen professionally. I will take a pic in a few days and post.
In the afternoon, we went to my Mister's place and he grilled some steaks.
The chef is hot isn't he;)
My most awesome kids!
We had such a great time.
Buddy blew us off for church and a girl! That's just fine though. If he'd been there, we would have run out of food for sure.
